Teamwork rules

Two athletes. One time.

01

You go, I go

Non-machine stations: only one teammate works at a time. Split reps and distance however you want — both must contribute.

02

Machines: full distance each

Each teammate completes the full distance. Wait until both finish before moving on.

03

Run together

Both teammates run every run in full, together. 720 m total running each.

04

Both in before you start

Start each circuit only after both teammates finish the run.
